Use the current filename scheme

Browse Source 
The `fileNameScheme` is empty by default, so the file generated is named only `.chapters.txt` if -F is not specified.
Provided with the filename `mp4file`, mp4chaps searches for a file named `<mp4file>.chapters.txt`.
